Palladium Trustee Berhad
Palladium Trustee Berhad is a licenced Trustee Company that provides Estate Planning and distribution services. We are Incorporated as a limited company under the Companies Act 1965. Our Company is registered as a Trust Company under Section 4 of the Trust Companies Act 1949 and in accordance with Section 3(f) of the Trust Companies Act 1949, has made a security deposit with the Accountant General. Additionally, our Company is regulated by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Our presence is to protect clients’ assets for the benefit of their heirs and to preserve the wealth for future generations.

i. Conduct Will/Wasiat readings and collect pertinent documents from beneficiaries
ii. Contact all financial institutions to confirm the deceased's account balance
iii. Compilation of a list of assets and obtaining confirmation from the beneficiaries
iv. Preparation of documents for the High Court application for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
v. Palladium Trustee will appear in court. Probate will be available two months after the hearing
vi. Upon obtaining the Grant of Probate or LA, creditors will be notified for a period of two months under the heading "Notice of Creditor
vii. Collect proceeds from the relevant banks/financial institutions
viii. Execute the transfer of movable assets, properties, vehicles
